We've had several requests for a new account that will allow an outside person to overview the activity of a Your Next Seven account. Well, we've done just that and made it nice and easy for you to use.
All you have to do is head over to your "Employees" page and "Add an Employee". For the employee type drop down select "Overviewer". You'll then see a simplified way of adding the employee that requires a name and email address.
This is a really nifty feature if you have a corporate office that would like to see what is happening with the scheduling or reporting, but does not need access to notifications or editing capabilities. What the user will essentially get is a stripped down administrator access. Check out this quick demo below for full information on what to expect when using this account type:
